What a private airport transfer includes
The van waits right where you walk out of arrivals, and we track your flight so the driver is there when you actually land, early or late. Nobody else is picked up along the way, so the van goes from the terminal to your address and nowhere else.
The price covers the vehicle and the driver for the journey. It does not change if two of you travel or twelve, which usually makes a van cheaper than several airport taxis once a group is more than four people.
Transfers to the airport as well
We drive to Ben Gurion as often as we drive from it. We recommend being at the airport three hours before an international flight, and we set the pickup time from your address back from that, allowing for the traffic at that hour.
Night flights, Shabbat and holidays
Ben Gurion is busiest very late and very early, which is exactly when public transport thins out. On Shabbat and holidays trains and most buses do not run at all.
We work around the clock, every day of the year, so a 3 am landing or a Saturday departure is a normal booking for us.

Where does the driver wait at Ben Gurion?
Right where you walk out of arrivals. The van is at the terminal exit, so there is no shuttle or car park to find with your bags.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and follow any delay, so the driver arrives for the time you actually land rather than the time on the ticket.
How much luggage fits?
It depends on the van and on how many seats are taken. Tell us how many suitcases you have, and about bikes, instruments or sports gear, and we will make sure the space is there.
How early should we leave for a flight out?
We recommend being at Ben Gurion three hours before an international departure. We set the pickup time back from that, allowing for traffic at that hour.
Can you carry a group larger than one van?
Yes. We send more than one van and the group arrives together.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, at an extra charge. Tell us the ages of the children when you book and we will bring the right seats.
