Ben Gurion to Eilat by private van
This is a serious drive through the desert. In a private van you stop when you want, the luggage stays with you, and you are dropped at the hotel door rather than at a bus station.
It also works in reverse for an early flight out of Ben Gurion, where the alternative is an overnight bus.
Breaking the journey
Mitzpe Ramon and the Ramon Crater sit roughly halfway and make a natural stop. Groups sometimes turn the transfer into a slow day with two or three stops instead of driving straight through.

How long does the drive take?
It depends on the time of day and the traffic, so we do not quote one fixed figure. We track your flight and leave when you land, and for the return we work back from being at Ben Gurion three hours before your departure.
Can we stop along the way?
Yes. Mitzpe Ramon is the usual one. Ask when you book so the time is in the quote.
Do you drive to the Taba or Aqaba crossings?
Yes. We drive to every border crossing, including Taba into Egypt and the Yitzhak Rabin crossing near Eilat into Jordan, and can collect you there on the way back.
